Do’s and Don’ts

General ToS

Commissioned pieces will be sent in a PNG format via the client’s email.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason
All commissioned pieces will contain a watermark, the client may NOT request for this to be removed
The base price includes the character + solid color/gradient background

Process & Payment

ii.i. Payment

Payment Methods: Paypal, Gcash, or through Ko-fi
The client has to the option to choose between 100 % upfront payment or 50%(initial sketch) / 50%(final)

ii.ii. Process & Delivery

Commission requests will be sent through Twitter Direct Messages, or through Ko-Fi
I’ll be communicating with you to discuss the details of the artwork(posing, outfit, accessories, bg, etc.)
After figuring out the details, I’ll make an initial sketch. You are free to request any revisions to this sketch until the sketch aligns with your vision
After the sketch is finalized, rendering will start after 50% of the full payment is received(Unless the client opted for 100% upfront payment). Any major revisions requested after this point are no longer free of charge.
The piece will be completed within 1~3 weeks
Upon completion, A PNG of the file will be sent to the client via e-mail.

iii.i. the artist ( yayo )

I, the creator, retains all rights to the finished art piece including but not limited to:
posting the artwork on my own social media (with the client’s permission)
including the artwork in my professional portfolio

iii.ii. the client ( you ! )

The client may upload the finished artpiece, along with proper credit/tagging, to any of their social media, or to use the artwork for profile and cover pictures
The client may NOT use the finished artwork for commercial/reselling purposes such as prints, advertisements, etc.
The client may refuse to give permission to the artist to post their commission on their social media.
